VB.Net Software Developer required for this Lincolnshire based employer who have recently moved to new purpose built premises which will not only encompass their ongoing expansion but also centralise the existing business.
The developed software framework is used to manage products that communicate using radio and SMS messages. The software is primarily a .NET Win Forms application communicating to the SQL Server 2005 DB through Web Services. Successful applicants will have proven experience of integrating 3rd party systems, the ability to set up test systems such as Windows servers, Design and hands-on coding, it is essential that you will have experience of distributed systems and some experience of Winforms UI. The Technical skills required for the role includes substantial practical experience in: VB.Net / .Net 2.0, Microsoft SQL 2000/2005, XML, OO, COM+, Web Services and IIS.
