Our client is looking for a Website Analyst to provide customer-insight using statistical analysis, defining reporting and using ad-hoc analysis of online user behaviour, transactional activity, site performance indicators and other key metrics to optimise the customer experience.
You will manage the implementation of tracking tags across all websites and ensure all required reporting measures are in place to accurately establish and communicate the impact of each new site development. You will work closely with product managers and key stakeholders in order to define and automate website/customer behaviour reporting helping them to identify site enhancements.
You will provide analysis of traffic from multiples sources to identify how best to optimise conversion across the site. You will proactively mine data and conduct analysis to improve conversion, customer retention and customer profitability from the site design, product and mapped customer journeys.
You will have experience in a similar Website Analyst role and thus have experience of web analytics solutions (eg. Unica; Omniture; Google Analytics) and/or data reporting/data mining (Crystal Reports, FastStats, SQL) beneficial. You will have excellent Excel skills with a great understanding of web best practices and web conversion metrics
Salary based on experience plus relocation package
