Baltic Training and Innovise are delighted to be recruiting for an IT Support Apprentice to become part of a dynamic and exciting software support team. Working exclusively with the Facilities Management and Support Services industry to provide applications to support their day to day running, Innovise are proud that their clients can depend on their software every day.

Due to their continued development and growth since they were established in 2004, they now have a fantastic opening for an apprentice to bring fresh talent to the team.

Duties:

The role will primarily be on assisting two main areas: Innovise support and Internal IT.
Main duties will include:

* Help desk and software support and logging all incoming incidents using the incident management procedure.
* Take ownership of technical issues and record details in the CRM helpdesk system.
* Resolving internal IT incidents including network, servers and workstation issues.
* IT Administration including backups, inventory and networking.

Training Provided:

* Level 3 Advanced Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
* Networking Fundamentals
* Mobility and Device Fundamentals
* ITIL Foundation
* Cloud Fundamentals
* Coding and Logic
* Level 2 Functional Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and ICT)

Skills and Qualifications required:

* Self-motivated
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good time management skills
* Organised, friendly and approachable
* Enthusiastic and professional attitude.
* 5 GCSE's A-C grades, including Maths and English

The future is bright:
Upon completion of the programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Along with your employer, you may decide to progress onto our Level 4 programme and take your training even further.

Salary, hours and benefits:

* £4.00 per hour
* It's generally a 40 hour week, as an example shift pattern

Location and travel:
Based near the merry hill centre in Dudley, the office is easily accessible.
